In short ~ Kraze Boot Camp is a 4-week ,outdoor fitness program that offers fitness instruction, nutritional counseling and motivational training - packed with fun and energizing activities designed to help you reach your fitness goals. KRAZE Boot Camp workouts offer a fun and exciting team-oriented approach to personal fitness training, making them an ideal choice for persons of all fitness levels and backgrounds regardless of age, weight, body type, or physical condition.Whether you want to lose weight to fit into that special dress or suit, shed the extra holiday pounds, or just get fit before that special occasion, this is the program for you!
Whether you are looking to shed a few pounds, or are just for looking for an alternative to boring gym workouts you will find a group of great people with similar goals and mindset.
These will be 60 minute classes conducted using a very simple "time based format" that makes it easy for anyone of any age or fitness level to be able to work at pace that is most comfortable them. Coupled with the most progressive, innovative, and creative exercises in fitness this workout will not only get you in great shape....it is actually a lot of FUN!
This class can burn up to 900 FAT calories per workout in just 1 hour!!!! WOW!!! You will be pushed to your max, and love every minute of it! This Boot Camp is the ultimate in motivating you to new levels!!
Each class will work your entire body and will be entirely different to help you avoid plateaus and boredom. Exercises will include; agility drills, speed drills, plyometrics, calisthenics, cardio intervals, relay races, fitness games, and more...We utilize bands, medicine balls, obstacle courses, ladders, hurdles, chutes, cones, kettle bells, tires, logs, and more....
AND...Don't worry I will never yell at you, degrade you or try to put you down. I believe in positive encouragement and MOTIVATION!!! . My commitment is to help you get RESULTS!
KRAZE Boot Camps will help you to:

• An exercise, or yoga mat
• light dumbbells 5-8 lbs for women, 10-15 lbs for men
• A Can Do Attitude - NO EXCUSES!

- 5 days/wk: $299 ($14.95/session) $$ best value! $$
- * 3 days/wk: 199 ($16.50/session) *
(*) This option is for those who have other commitments early morning, or early evening time slots. Since the program is broken up in increments of "4 weeks on / 1 wk off", we do prefer you to attend the full 5-day a week program for best results and overall work-out! Go HARD for 4 weeks, then get a week to recover. You can do it!!!
